Bun Pan Racks

We have a limited quantity of bun pan racks available on our site.
We recommend shopping for Pan Racks at JES Restaurant Equipment.

The new open air cooling policy is designed to cool bread quickly, resulting in improved resiliency, consistency, better taste & bread less prone to wrinkling. Bread is to be cooled during the initial 30 minutes after baking, then it should rest on a bun pan rack that is open & without walls. Racks have 4" of spacing for this purpose. For the complete operational procedure, please consult your field consultant.
